These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and the sale of products by us to you. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility to order
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Products and personalisation
Many of our products are personalised or made to your specification. You are responsible for ensuring that all text, spelling, images and other details you supply are correct before submitting your order. We produce personalised items exactly as ordered and are unable to accept returns of correctly produced personalised goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Product images are for illustration only. Colours, sizes and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.
Orders and contract formation
After placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct; however, if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you and give you the option of continuing at the correct price or cancelling the order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our secure payment providers.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return goods and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note that personalised and made-to-order items are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where the goods are faulty or not as described.
Your content and intellectual property
Where you upload images or text for personalisation, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful, offensive or objectionable material. We reserve the right to refuse to produce any order that we consider to be unlawful or inappropriate. All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to provide accurate personalisation details.
Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
